Tori's lifes work becomes our reality.

Holding space for others has been a life-long dream of ours. These retreats are a heart project — created from a deep desire to welcome every person into a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported.

Tori has been involved with, and teaching in this industry for a long time now and has often felt as though she wasnt good enough or even like an outsider. Both of us in some way or another have felt intimidated and even judged in certain spaces.

We are saturated with wellness retreats and environments full of "perfect" looking  30 year old influencer's that can stand on their head. (Nothing against them of course) It has left no room for the people that just want to feel good and move their body's without judgment.

Our intention is to strip away the pressure and expectation that so often surrounds wellness spaces. Whether you’ve never moved your body like this before, or you're returning home to yourself, you are welcome here — just as you are.

These gatherings are about softness, connection, and empowerment. About feeling capable in your own body. About leaving feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a lot more yourself.

We are endlessly grateful to be able to offer this space, and we can’t wait to share and meet you xxx
