About Me & My Work

My approach to healing is personal, spiritual, and deeply intuitive.  

I continue to heal myself through education, practice, sharing my story, opening my heart, embracing vulnerability, and surrendering to the process.  

The gap between spirituality and science-based healing is closing rapidly. But I’m not here to convince you of what works or what’s been proven—I’m here to offer a safe, inclusive space where you can step in, tune into your heart, and follow what feels right for you.  

I don’t promise to heal you.  
What I do promise is to hold space for you to do the work—to reconnect, release, and heal yourself.  

With over 40 years of therapy and personal development, I’ve walked this path many times. I’ve told my story enough that it no longer defines me. I grew up feeling unsafe, unable to express my emotions. Now, I cry in public without shame. I don’t call myself a healer, but I do facilitate healing. I hold space for you to rediscover your own innate power.  

We are all healers of ourselves.  
Sometimes, all we need is a space where we feel safe enough to surrender—where the right teacher, the right modality, and the right moment align.  

This is that space.  
And this is your time.
